✨ Together, we build bridges of communication and prepare the next generation of global citizens.
The American TESOL Academy is proud to be part of the Erasmus+ program, a European Union initiative that promotes international cooperation and cultural exchange. In partnership with more than 12 private schools across Morocco, the program now benefits over 400 students, creating opportunities for Moroccan learners to connect with their peers in Italy, Spain, and Tunisia.
A Milestone in the Exchange Journey
After the successful completion of the program’s first phase, Dr. Lhoussine Qasserras, program director in Morocco, and Ms. Oumaima Ait Jijji, national coordinator, carried out a special visit to Al-Afak School in Khemisset.
During the visit, the team celebrated the remarkable achievements of the participating students. Certificates of participation were distributed, honoring their enthusiasm and commitment to cross-cultural dialogue. In a heartfelt gesture of gratitude, a commemorative shield was presented to Ms. Halima, the supervising teacher, as well as to the school itself—recognizing their outstanding contribution to the program’s success.
Beyond Classrooms: Shaping Global Citizens
At its core, this initiative is about more than language learning. It is about building bridges across cultures, fostering mutual understanding, and preparing students to become global citizens who value diversity and collaboration. Through activities, conversations, and shared experiences, Moroccan students are discovering new perspectives while proudly representing their own culture abroad.
Looking Forward
With such strong momentum from the first phase, the American TESOL Academy and its partners are committed to expanding this initiative, ensuring even more students gain access to transformative cultural exchanges. By investing in today’s youth, the program lays the foundation for tomorrow’s world leaders—connected, empathetic, and prepared to shape a brighter future.
